Therefore, we are committed to acting in accordance with laws and regulations that define the protection of personal data, in particular in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Communications Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Hotel Sava Rogaška d.o.o. uses a web application »GDPR manager« for the e-news distribution. The application provides a complete anonymization of personal data of e-news recipients and, in accordance with the principle of minimization, gives access to personal data only to authorized persons and only on the basis of requests for correction, access, restriction, objection, transfer or deletion of personal data.
The web application GDPR manager ensures a complete traceability of authorized application users (protected access to the application with a password and user name) and automatically records the access of authorized users to the application and their application activity.
The Hotel Sava Rogaška d.o.o. will carefully protect personal data and prevent their possible abuse. Personal data will only be used for the purposes for which the user has given his consent. In addition, the access to the personal data, protected with the user name and password, is allowed only to authorised persons of the data operator who are committed to careful handling of personal data in accordance with the applicable European legislation.
